Sega was way ahead of it's time. I mean, think of the Dreamcast. It basically had GC graphics, and it came out right about when PS1 came out. Nobody was ready for such an advanced game system. It was too much. Not to mention the fact the Dreamcast made a really annoying sound when the disc was spinning.

didn't sega link with microsoft to make the dreamcast. when the first x box was in the making there was reports of it being able to play the dreamcast games but that never happened
