So, "Leagues" are just like "elite clans"?
I admit that I've never heard of this before.

Well what I've noticed about most clan wars in CA is that most of them hack. I usually check CBL and most of the time they arent clean. Like my clan there is 3 people that arent clean, because of glitching and a few other issues. So how is it fair to all the legit players if a hacker clan joins and is there anything that will stop a hacker clan from joining?
