can't add friends

right after the waverider patch came out, my friends list was deleted and i still can't add friends or recieve friend requests. when i send a friend request, the other person just doesn't get it. Any ideas to what the problem might be?

Click Support
Then click Customer Service or Customer Support
Finally, click Log a Ticket

I have had this problem before, but sending a ticket will conquer the problem. I'm sure they will help you out.

I agree, nothing a ticket can't fix.
My friend encountered this problem, he said the fix was a simple reinstall.
But that's just him, if Nexon's taking too long for your patience to handle, give yourself a quick reinstall of Combat Arms.
Maybe it'll solve your problem.

I found the problem.

Once I load the game and enter my pass and user, a screen pops up with 2 guys and on the side it shows a bunch of stuff loading and connecting. It says at the bottom "Unable to connect to Messenger" and then I go to the server list and all that... I don't know how to fix it... It would be great if you would help me out.
