Connect Wii to computer?

Hi , i am really new to wii. Is it possbile to connect the wii to your computer ?
And what will i be able to do with it?

I can think of only one way to connect the Wii to the computer, and that involves enough duct tape

no closest you can get to connecting your wii to a computer is using an SD card to transfer photos to and from your wii.
