Downgrading the wii firmware

Hey guys,
here is the situation. At the moment, I have a wii from the UK with the firmware 3.3 and it has the wiikey chip inside as well. However, if I want to downgrade from 3.3 to 3.2 or lower, then what should I watch out for so that I don't end up with my wii being bricked?

There is no 100% safe way to do this and I wouldn't suggest you try it unless you know what your doing, or don't mind an expensive paperweight. There are always going to be risks in doing something Nintendo didn't intend to happen.

There is no need to downgrade your wii. 3.3 can run homebrew like all the other firmwares.
