Dungeon Creeper

I am awaiting feedback about my new project. I want to make a map Dungeon Keeper like named Dungeon Creeper . The purpose of my map will be mining gold and drilling through the walls to get to another player. Of course new techtree and some traps etc. What do you think, is it a good idea, and has it been done before?

There is a map named "Ant... something" by CalleX where you also need to work around underground building ant community and get to the enemy and kill it. Not very fun...
