.EFL converter?

IS there any converter that can change .efl files ?

I was installing the homebrew channel and some homebrew but the channel said that the homebrew files arent suppourted ( cause there .elf ) thats why im asking.

Hey Sad, glad to hear you got the HBC up and running.

You can get a elf to dol converter here which is the file type that will work with the latest updated HBC.
