What is Elite Moderator?
Elite Moderator is a Black Market item that gives you the ability to fully moderate rooms, much like hosting your own private server. With this item, you have the ability to kick players who are abusive or who are not following the game rules you've set. This ability will become active whenever you are the room moderator. Rooms moderated by Elite Moderators are indicated in the channel lobby with a next to the room number.
When a player is kicked by an Elite Moderator, the rest of the players in the room are then able to vote on whether or not they agreed with the decision. These votes contributes to an Elite Moderator's rating, indicated by the color of the Elite Moderator icon. The icon will become greener as an Elite Moderator builds up Good votes, and redder as an Elite Moderator builds up Bad votes. Players are more likely to choose your room when your Elite Moderator icon is green.

Rules
-- Winners will be selected from the most-active players between 12:00AM PST on Monday, April 6th, 2009 and 11:59 PM PST on Sunday, April 12th, 2009.
-- All winners must adhere to Nexon's Terms of Use. Players who have violated the TOU will automatically be disqualified.
-- The item duration for the Elite Moderator prize is 7 days.
-- Winners will be notified individually by email no later than 11:59 PM PST on April 16, 2009. The Elite Moderator prize will appear in each winner's in-game Inbox within two weeks of email confirmation.
