I got a Beta Key, now what do I do?
If you have a Beta Key, but don't know what to do with it, go to http://beta.battlefield-heroes.com and follow the steps starting at step 2.
I activated my Beta key, but I still can't log in!
Do you get messages like "That key was already activated"? Do you get a pop window and don't know how to log in?
Go to http://beta.battlefield-heroes.com. At the bottom of the page you will find a link that will help you "reset your Security Layer login."
I activated my Beta key, now where do I go to play?
If you're all ready to go and your Beta key has been activated, do the following:
1. Go to http://play.battlefield-heroes.com
You will get a popup window
2. Enter your Security Layer login
3. At the top of the page, log in with your EA account.
4. You're done!
Did you get a strange email about being a Beta tester before?
We sent those emails to everyone who received a Beta key during the first phase.
If you didn't receive the initial email with a Beta Key, this will most likely be due to the various spam filters the different email providers have in place.
We understand that it's unfortunate that some of you didn't receive this email, however, at this time we cannot resend those original emails.
Please make sure you sign up for the current Beta phase so you will have another chance help us test.
You don't have a beta key yet?
There is a big chance you will get a Beta Key during the current phase, but not everybody will get one in the first days...please be patient.
We still intend to send out a lot of Beta Keys in the next couple of weeks and months, so if you don't have one yet, do not fret!
You were in the first Closed Beta, what to do now?
Scroll up and find the section called "I activated my Beta key, now where do I go to play?."
It looks like I can sign up for the Closed Beta again; did you reset the sign up?
No, there was no reset, we just changed the system a bit. You do NOT need to sign up a second time.

Nah I think its a popup blocker or firewall or something...
my friend came over to show me the game and it allowed me to get the plugin..
You have 3.0 I assume?
