help?

Wondering if anyone can help me. I have gotten to the last boss (the butcher) and can beat him (a little too) easily, but the game was saved with not enough time to beat him for the last "scoop chance" for the final scenario. Does this mean I'm screwed? Do I have to start all over to get the ending with all the "scoop chance" figured out? Can I still go "talk to Isabella"?

I guess you're gonna have to start over, that's what happens when you save the game with not enough time left. But just start over.
