I believe they can be imported to the US.
Though they have to be of certain length.

i believe you have to get a liscense just call your local police station (lol teh popo) and sk them or call your town reps. in some states switrchblades are illegal in others they arent. you have to check to see and if they arent illegal then have at it!!!!

Correct, certain areas have different limitations, and if you chose to not follow those, of course, being caught will result in greater consequences, though I wouldn't care.
