HTPC Home Theater?

Do any of you run a HTPC? If so what are the specs and what do you use as the frontend?

I am using this board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813500028 w/ 2gb of ram and XBMCLive as my frontend. I can play full 1080p playback over lan streaming from my home server.



I would love to hear what you guys got goin on

This my home theatre in my room that I have setup. I haven't figured out a cheap way to stream off my external hdd yet so I'm using my laptop as middle man. I'm now thinking of buying a cheap home server and fitting in all my sata drives.

This is the kind of conf you would want. So yeah, here's how I download with bittorrent, and stream my own tv shows, movies. Once I change the laptop for a cheap home server it will be totally l33t.
