try enabling that but it could be due to a virus and if in a lil you still cant get it to work try calling microsoft.

hope i helped but when you do get it to work just follow my tip of using TM to close out the other instance of CA thats running.

you did help me and now i know that i should only get people that know things on computers to come and help me by that i mean i should only hire people that make a living on fixing computer problems......not friends that think they know what to do.....
