I've won "Clan Emblem" how can I use it?

Hi mates..

I've won "Clan Emblem" how can I use it? I've entered the page of my clan and nothing appeared!!!


I'm the clan leader of "Kenpachi" << my clan's name


please can anyone help?

You "Won" Clan emblem ?

Go to your inbox, and activate it in-game. From there you can choose the design etc that you want, and background image. Then it should be next to your clan name .

Yeah I won it when I finished "Fireteam" in the "Hard" mode.

I went to my "inbox" and it says "Activated" also, "Equipped".

But, I see no settings that allow me to change the image!! what should I do

You guys had NX items as Fireteam rewards, is that right ?

With the clan emblem, when you activated it, if you were the Leader of a clan, you should have been able to select the images for it etc etc. Try sending a ticket to customer service, they'll help you.

Most of the people on this forum play Combat Arms NA/AU/NZ .
