Longest time spent without talking

What is the longest time you've gone without talking at all?
The longest I can remember is when I was mad at my parents one time
and I didn't talk to them or anybody else the whole day. I heard
from someone that that isn't healthy but oh well, my loss

I have this attitude that I tend to be alone for some time and not to talk to anyone even with my family or friends. The longest time I've talked to no one is about two days as I am working on something that needs my focus and concentrate only to that project. I don't eat that much and I am all alone in my room finishing that. Its really not that healthy not talking to anyone but it will also help you to focus more on your job when you need to meet some deadlines.
