i got all of the stars for mario ( not including the very last one ) and half for luigi until i started playing SSBB. It is a very easy and somewhat challenging game. I must say that it is one of the few games that rarely gets boring. You should be able to just pick it up and start getting stars!

Ha I agree, MG seemed pretty easy when I played at a friends house
