yes its fraps and yes part 3 will be coming but i need to free up some space on my hard drive cause ingame recordings take up alot of space (3.5 to 4 gb for 10 min).

not sure when part 3 will be out cause i am currently busy with other games and some other videos and activities for my clan in bf2 and pr mod but the max time it should be out is within 4 to 6 weeks
