We've had a poll already for a clan name, but that was available to everyone. A poll for a decent name should be run again, this time however, should be only available to clan members, surely this will produce a better result and one that everybody can live with. Anyone can suggest names, but only clan members will be able to vote.
To produce a better result, the names should go through rounds of voteing, instead of one large poll. having, say only 2-4 names in each poll will produce 1 or 2 majoritory winners which can easily progress.

How the Polling will work
1st Round, 24 names, 8 Polls, 3 names per poll
2nd Round, 8 names, 4 Polls, 2 names per poll
3rd Round, 4 names, 2 Polls, 2 names per poll
4th Round, 2 names, 1 Poll, 2 names per poll
Each round spread over 1-4days depending on which round
Winner produced after 4 rounds and 15 polls.
