I'm pretty sure he was the administrator of the Legitgamingclub or CBL (Community Ban List) .

Both rather popular Combat Arms "Legit" communities.

Thanks for letting me know about CBL. I posted the vid on here and the Nexon forums because I got frustrated not seeing his name turn up on the wall of shame.

As for the name, I misread it. It's actually Rajinn-Admin, not Raijin or Raijinn. Seems someone beat me to it when reporting him to CBL though.
