I know that Sonic 3 is already out but i was wondering if I should save my Wii points for when Sonic 3&K is out if it does get on the VC.

It should come SOMEDAY. As until June (at LEAST), I'd say no. We still need Sonic & Knuckles as well. And lately, games on VC gave really been bad.

Actually, it's starting to get better.
Slow, and it took it long enough but they ARE improving. It's certainly a high possibility but as for when... that's hard to say... I'd say around Summer time.
