Umm. I use a free converter for putting movies on my itouch. Its Videora Ipod converter but it'll convert anything. I use the basic settings because its only for my ipod so quality doesn matter that much because ipod has low standards, but if that doesnt work, I have a few others that work good, just not for my case.
