Wii vote channel?

Im in the uk, how do u find that channel
people talk about it but i cant find it

you download it from the wii shop channel.... first you log on the the wiishop, then press start shopping, then go under wii ware (the one on the right of the two options). then you scroll down to the wii vote channel icon, click download and voila there you have it.(after it downloads)
