WiiSX (Rev46) - Playstation Emulator for Wii

You need:

- Homebrew Channel
- SD Card
- GameCube Controller

The Isos must be in a Folder called PSXISOS in the Root of the SD Card!Copy the boot.elf or .dol to "Apps".

So you download this to homebrew and put PS1 games into the wii. Is that right, and is this available on the browser?

Its not available from the browser and you have to get ps1 Iso's and place them on your SD card.

I'm waiting for the final release or at least one that is better. Some games dont want to work, and there are no sounds or saves at this point

Hey Titch, I have yet to try it, waiting for the final release but people have tried...

Dino Crisis and Tekken 3, they work but very unstable and no sound, no save.
Fighting Force out last night and got to the Loading screen and it freezes.
Bubble Bobble 2 game included works great.
Tom and Jerry, and it works nicely.
Megaman 8 didnt work.
gta2 .bin file loaded up but then a load of info non stop.

So still lots to be done, but it's a damn good start!

This is just an emulator like a SNES or NES emu. It runs from the homebrew channel and reads games from your sd card.
What else would you like to know?

No offence but this is sort of a waste, PS1's are £5 from ebayand all you do is downaload and play the games

Where do you get the games? I have about 30 PS1 games and can I load them to my SD?
