XP and VP codes giveaway details please...

I read Murpoz thread in Battlefield Heroes and I was wondering, how exactly can I get the codes? Must I join a competition or I get them for posting (post where?). I might want XP and VP codes but I don't know where post it.

You are able to win codes in competitions, just check the competition thread.
