I would say no as the guy above you commited fraud and hacked the account. As to which I have a friend thats a undercover police officer so I am going to recover the account through steam and then find out his info so I can report him for it. Comitting fraud is a 5-10 year imprisonment sentence. If he decides to surrender the account back to me I will not press charges, but if I have to recover it I will continue going forward and let the police investigate it.
