Best Codec on Camtasia

I apologize if this isn't the correct forum for this, but what codec and FPS do you suggest for recording combat arms?

If there are any other settings I need to know about that would be great, thanks

Also, it depends.
Play around with it, start from 20 and gradually move upwards.

thanks for the reply, here is MPEG 4 Codec with 30 FPS, it really didn't turn out well at all

Camtasia doesn't seem to like CA, I got the trial version (before upgrading) and it only showed around 2 fps when I set it a lot higher than that and even tried the recommended value.

FRAPS doesn't like to make it through the Hackshield, so what else is there to record with? (I'm on Vista)
