I saw on the news that the snipers were videoing the snipe for a "How-to" video. I think it's great that they shot an American and he just gets right back up like it was nothing, then hunts them down and shoots them.

Wow that was fucked up...and hearing in my headphone the chanting guy "allah ahkba" or whatever fucking freaked me out.

He is invoking religion while shooting a person. Can you imagine saying "Jesus is lord, Jesus is lord" while attempting to kill someone?

Man I think that video just totally has given me something to think about now. It made it seem so real. The video being from the terrorists perspective I think made it so. When you hear the TV news here it's from our perspective and you think..some of this shit is rhetoric. Now I see that's it's not. It is real. These religious zealots need to be hunted down and killed in the name of FREEDOM and not in the name of GOD. These bastards just want to kill and get their virgins.

There was a guy on the news 2 nights ago that was a muslim. He said some years ago they approached him after his father died and used his grief to attempt recruiting him. He said that they kept saying it's the infidels that are killing muslims and this is a holy war. They aslo kept pushing the 70 virgins too. This is why a lot of these guys are young fools who are just brainwashed and used.

Yes it is quite sickening to take someone and take theyre religion and use it as a scape goat for Destruction. What troubles me most is the fact that there is someone so sick that they can take a religion which is about maybe finding peace with god, or bringing peace, or thinking of others instead of yourself. Something so innoccent, its sad to see this type of darkness perverting anytype of religion.

As to invoking religion before killing someone. I know it's only a fictional movie, but the sniper in "Saving Private Ryan" would do some Catholic prayer as he was sniping people. I think religion is all over a battle field even if it's not a declared "holy war". But like I said, I only saw it in a movie.
