Im buying CSS on steam for $10 which doesnt have ANY Bans on ANY servers. I dont care about any thing else like digits etc... and $10 is reasonable since new is $20 and its very old game.

wait so you want somebody to give you a steam account and then you gonna pay them 10 dollars after you have what you already need from them? lol and since selling / buying steam accounts isn't legal anyway you don't suffer any consequences if you choose to back out. atleast with paypal you can cancel a transaction or report a transaction to get a refund.
