Can i participate to any contest if i live in quebec?

Sorry to say, but I don't think you can.
It's something to do with provincial law. It sucks tho.

For Nexon contests, you can't enter the screenshot contest. For others, I am not sure.

I'm at the same point that roger is, i know that i can't for the screenshots contest cause it's clearly written that quebec can't but for the other contest there is nothing about it... but like hellinpelican said, it's probably a provincial law so i guess i can't participate any contest well it does'nt matter that much, thanks for the answers and if someone know more about this, don't hesitate to tell me!
