Can't play CA on my page

I downloaded combat arms already and its on my desktop ready to play
But then when I double click it this thing comes up saying "An undentified program wants to access your computer"
And so then my dad has to put his password in which I don't want to be asking him all the time to do so.
I'm not sure why this shows up but it says undentified publisher so I don't know
What is also weird is that this shield looking thing shows up on my CA icon on my desktop that is red, green, blue, and yellow. That means something but I have no idea!!!!
So if anyone knows what I can do please tell me please!
p.s. - I have windows vista

well this should work I have the same problem but all's I have to click is Allow
To disable that here is what you do
Control panel> Under security press allow a program through windows firewall>then just click combat arms and that sshould work

Well, it's just a measure of security from your computer. Just click on run and the launcher should start and you should be able to play.
This measure of security appears each time you want to start a program that doesn't belong to Microsoft. xD

actually you should just click properties and click "run as administrator" (in this case,its all ready being run my administrator co lcick it again to disable it) now, all your dad should have to do is enter the passowrd one more time and it should be fine

wird the color thing happens to me but dosent ask for password it just akss for permition to continue and see if you trust it , i always press allow
