combat arms closes out

well i have been playing the game for a while i am still a newb. but for some reason the game recently has been closing its self out. ill make it so far and then the window disappears and i can see the closing advertisement. will do it in game changing selections or if im staring at the log in screen? please help.

This is a crash of some sort, I don't know how to fix it...

This will only work for a little whil it might work perm ,but try this
Propertise>compatibility>run this program in compatibility mod windows 98

i have seen things about tickets how do they work and where do i go. i had this problem before then restarted my OS and re downloaded played great for the last week and now doing so again. some sort of software issue or something?

Then you press customer support at the middle left of the screen and file a ticket
