Hello CAF! Here you can talk about any new or old gear in Combat Arms. For example: The Pumpkin Hat which is new. Talk anything about it.

I have seen many people with Pumpkin heads. Will this cost me GP or NX? Also, does it do anything or it's just something to remind you of Halloween? I don't want to buy it if it does nothing so please tell me what it does. Feel free to ask questions about other gear, but make sure to reply to my question.

It costs you GP, and is a helmet, which provides protection to your head, obviously.
But unfortunately, helmets for this game does not apply to head damage.
As regardless if you have a helmet or not, it'll always result in a one shot head kill.

Buy a helmet, ANY helmet, equip it, and I'll kill you within one shot.
I'll use the standard pistol.

It's a bug, or the valves for the helmet aren't set correctly.
(Or whatever the hell may be, isn't set correctly.)

So what your saying is that it doesn't give protection? If not, why would they put 37% protection, My friend bought it and right when he spawned someone headshoted him. And Love, does the standard helmet do anything?

It DOES NOT provide protection, as it's a BUG.
They put it, doesn't mean it's true...
Weapon damage isn't true either.
You pretty much answered your own question.....

There is no standard helmet, though I think you're referring to the helmet which has no requirement, that doesn't have protection, although it says so.

ALL HELMETS do not provide protection AS OF NOW.

it dosent benefit you its just cosmetic. its basically just a waste of money. the only camo that actully benefits you is the default camo on brushwood!

Agreed. It is a waste of money. Not even in Brushwood there is camo. The only thing you can do to hide is hide in some bushes or trees. Also, since there are no glitches in this map it will make it easier to hide.

Then what's the point in buying it?

Also, what's so great about silencers?
As they don't do much.
Slightly lowering the volume of your shots, wow...
The only silencer I find worth buying is Silencer 2, which when shot, doesn't show where you're being shot from.
Therefore you'll remain being able to move around, and confuse your opponent easier.

Silencers don't really help the usage of a weapon, it gives little to no less of recoil, and just slows down your weapon.
Not worth it, imo.

I don't know why anyone would put a silencer on an UZI. It seems faster but it isn't. Also,the UZI dosen't even have that much recoil. So if you have a G36e or AK74u put a silencer on it because it will really help a lot!

Well, it barely helps on the AK74U because it takes a short more time to kill someone. It still dosen't feel that is slows down your gun that much though. But for the G36e you do need a silencer. Because if you use scope it'll go all the way up and you will never kill someone.

No, you DO NOT need one.
What you NEED to do is learn to use a scope.
Don't spray whilst using a scope, rapidly click your fire button, this will allow your recoil to reset, and you'll just rapidly fire with having little to no recoil.
This does take some practice to perfect, but worth perfecting.
