Is it permanent?

Will Nexon be able to handle the latency errors in future? How long should we have to wait for our brothers & sisters from South America to join this great freedom that North America enjoy. I thought USA was a land of opportunities and dreams. I guess I was wrong, we are just too selfish to see beyond our borders.
