crashing

ok when i open my combat arms and hit game start the hacksheild comes up then the guy with the rocket launcher but right when the guy with the rocket launcher starts to fade so the login screen will come up it flashes back to my desktop
i have changed my resolution to all possible changes what can i do?

well i went to this web site for game specs and it cheaks if your comp meets requirments and my video card fails epicly but my freind has the extact same same laptop same everything and his works
other than video card i pass
