Ahhh, who me? Sounds like he wants to commit battery. I think I'll stay out of it. Let's set it straight though. I'm the level 3 fly boy. I take the extreme issues. Mr Punisher here obviously dealt with some scripted phone person. When you get to me it gets fixed. No ands ifs or buts.

ex. Nextel, Ticketmaster, Sprint, etc. 1-800-FRONTLINE FORCE
beeotches. I had to deal with them all week at werk and in
my own life and it saves the company money, but piss on an
automated answering system, I WANT SOMEONE TO TALK TO
THAT KNOWS THEIR SHIT !!!!! see, this shit has me so worked
up im still talking about it, dammit, im done.

Dude how bout this shit. My DSL was turned off by Verizon over a billing error. I called to find out what happened and they transfered me to collections who told me everything was fine, they don't know why there was a block on my acount. ..... OK, so I'm supposed to have service back up in 24hrs they say. HA!!!! It took me 3 fucking weeks to get my shit turned back on! I had to call every damn day and they kept telling me the same shit, noone knew what was going on in either billing or tech support. Fuckers. So needless to say, I'm switching to Roadrunner.

Oh and get this crap. I get calls everyday probably at least 3-4 times. It says "MCI" on the caller ID. I pick up the phone and no one is there. I wait, still no one. Hang up. TWO FUCKING SECONDS LATER THE PHONE RINGS AGAIN!!! It's them again! No one fucking there. I got so pissed one day I called the number back long fucking distance to bitch somebody, anybody out. I was on hold for 20 min, and never even got close to speaking with a human.

Shit, that sucks. But I don't understand. You said Verizon and then you talk about getting callbacks from MCI. Does MCI own Verizon now or vice versa? Sounds like a computer was calling you. My drug store has a computer that calls customers to let them know their prescriptions are ready. It waits until it hears your voice before it rolls off this pre-recorded message. Maybe that's whats happening to you?

No, see I have Verizon for phone and internet but MCI keeps calling me. I can only assume it's to try and get me to switch to them. What I can't figure out is why no one answers the phone. I've been called plenty of times by computers and there is allways that annoying pause after you answer. When I get these calls from MCI I get nothing. I've waited all the way up untill my phone goes off the hook and not once has anyone answered. The best apart about it is they literally call back within seconds of my hanging up. :evil:

The only reason I ever bothered to try and answer was to get them to stop calling. Now we just let it go or pick it up and immeadiately hang up.
