Deathadder problems

I recently purchased a razor deathadder and i have'nt been able to get the side buttons to work in combat arms. Works in other app but not combat arms. anyone had any problems like this before i am running vista thanks

The side buttons aren't compatible with Combat Arms at the moment, nor are controllers if you're wondering.
