Wouldn't you like to describe your project a bit to us?

Dr. Doom doesn't use a staff..
But hey, what do I know. I'm no modeller

Okay so a minor change to the model by removing the staff, but besides from that the medivh model suits him fine with the cape and shape, etc.

I believe the staff has part of teamcolor, thus making it impossible to simply 'alpha it out'.

@Taronoc, you would probably want to post some reference and tell us a bit about your project, since that description is rather short.
