Extracting WoW models

I'm not really sure this is in the right section, but whatever...

Could someone tell me where I could download a free program to extract WoW models, and maybe a tutorial on how it works?

I dont really think anyone would say in public that he makes illegal things(extracting a model from WoW for use in other game is illegal i believe, or is it?). So i think you would need one of the modeling programs for it.
