failed to snd out buddy request

Whenever i try to add a friend i hit send request and it says "failed to send out buddy request" its really annoying not being able to have any friends because, i have alot of friends irl that paly combat arms and id like to be able to play with them. how can i fix thiz problem?

file a ticket Nexon made a patch to fix this they need to know not all were fixed.
