Famas or K2?

Alright, first off I'm new to this forum so hi.
Next, I've been using the famas alot lately, but the k-2 stat wise looks better.
I like the feel of the famas, the crosshair doesn't explode while I'm trying to shoot someone and I can nail peope from far away easily. Does the k-2 have the same kind of feel. I mean it has better stats, but does it handle better than the famas does or handles very similar. You guys' thoughts would be nice to hear on this.
Also, I don't really care for the burst modes. So don't add them in your post.

First, Welcome to the fourms.
Now the K2 is the same as the FAMAS pretty much in handling it. IMO i would go with FAMAS since it loses ammo pretty fast like in 2mins of constant killing you already have no ammo. Oh ya and the feeling part is mostly on you can't explain that part.

I would say the FAMAS Since I haven't really had that much time with the K2. But try it out and see how you do with it. Remember its all about personal preference

Welcome to the forums! I suggest you to take the Famas. I tried it, and it is not bad, but the K2 has a higher damage and accuracy than the Famas. It depend on what map you play.

I haven't really tried the K2, so I can't put an accurate suggestion, but the FAMAS is good for mid-long range battles when attached with a scope. The K2 I think is better when used it burst or single fire modes.

Well, I really use the famas heavliy and get good k/d ratos at the end of matchs. But, I just want to try the k-2, but at the same time don't want to even waste 800 gp on something thats not a sure bet.

I would choose the K2 because you have 3 modes of shooting , BURST , Auto AND ONE SHOT PER CLICK . burst every weapon has it and personally i think no weapon should have it , one shot could be perfect for sniping because recoil wont make u loose the shot and auto evryone mostly uses thaat

Im a big K2/FAMAS user.
The FAMAS is all round good at the price of lower damage and less accuracy.
The K2 is has better accuracy is better at long range, but the trade of is that is not as good as the FAMAS in CQC

Short Version
Both guns are good
FAMAS more CQC orientated
K2 more distance orientated

I'd say k2, i've played w/ the FAMAS a bit but the k2 is my favorite. The famas is like a scaled down version of the k2 but they have the same feel. I disagree w/ hellinpelican, the k2 is a good close quarters weapon to. Its no UMP of course but, well, i think i lost my point... Oh yeah! the k2 is a good sniper rifle/assault rifle and its good in no sniper rifle battles cause its the best long range weapon that anybody'll be using.

K, i just got a FAMAS and i have to say, the k2 and famas r both sr/ar but the k2 specializes in longrange while the famas specializes in CQC. So neither of them is better than the other.

Well depending on what your doing, if you play alot of CQC, FAMAS. If you play more long range K2, but both work well in all situations.

Depends really. Sniping in Snowvalley (just for the day) I'd choose the FAMAS. If I'm sniping and going CQC I'd choose K2.
