Friends List problem

Ok, i think i may have already posted this, but I can't add friends, be added by anyone, and the computer says everyone in my clan is offline even though i'm talking to them. I've tried sending in a ticket to nexon, but they didn't respond (suprise, suprise), and i've redownloaded/installed the game multiple times with no success.
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

Did you delete the folder?
Uninstalling doesn't delete the Nexon folder.

Basically what i did was delete the nexon folder and the shortcut on the desktop, then re-download the game client and install it. Granted, with my luck, my computer just doesn't like me and there's nothing i can do about that.

I'm having the same problem to. My son also uses the same computer and his friends list came up just fine. Any suggestions?

Well, it happened to me too, multiple times. But it seems that it will come back on it's own. Consider yourself being isolated and watched by Nexon. (That's what I think)

Nexon has simply malfunctioned to your account. Wait until Wednesday for the updateds to occur. If then you're still having problems use RAM to open all of your files to try to detect the problem. You might have a memory-file virus.
