Friends list?

i think my friends list is bugged or ssomethin cus i can only chat with ppl i cant add new friends or send them invitations to my games or anything and i cant join theirs either ...

Yes it is bugged. It has been happening for quite a while now and I think all of the affected players and very annoyed.
