game wont start

my friend installed combat arms on his computer the start thing would pop up he pressed go it looked like it was loading but it stopped at a black screen and went no further can you help me

turn of your fire wall right click on combatarms properties then press compatibility windows 98

Have you tried sending in a ticket to Nexon. They should have a possible solution to your problem.

The first time I try to load CA, I have to crtl+alt+del and end the program. Then re-open it and wait bout 30-45 seconds for it start. Just an idea to try.
