Games on the Wii

I have noticed that there does not seem to be many games available for the Wii. Is this because it is a new console? Will there eventually be a bigger choice like what you get with the playststion?

there are definitely more games coming out for wii like for example, mario galaxy, super smash bros. brawl, and mario kart for wii. there is more than that but those are the best ones that i can think of from the top of my head.

BWII, Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, Metroid Prime....etc.

MOH2, Wiifit, All of these great titles are going on the end of the year.. or the beginning of 2008..
