I spent 10 min yesterday on Capital One's automated phone system trying to get to a real person. I finally chose "Close an exsisting account" and there was a person there in a split second talking me out of it.
anyway, I ran across this link http://paulenglish.com/ivr/ this morning and is the directions for getting to a live person for most large companies. I thouht it was cool and wanted to share.
Turns out all I had to do for Capital One was type "#0#0#0#0" why didn't i think of that?
