I saw Digi's thread and wanted to mention that I'm going to be gone for a little bit as well.
I'm sure most of you have seen me bitching in other threads that I'm having a big lag problem when I try to play. Well, I just moved to South Georgia to live with my parents until I can find a real job. They have the slowest possible cable connection (384k....most have 3000k) so when I'm playing and lots of shit goes down everything freezes then I'm dead. net_graph 2 has a little graph showing packet loss...it goes from 30-40 to 800 when action is happening and the graph half way up the screen.

So until I can convince my dad to get the 3mb connection (I don't have a job at the moment so I can't offer to chip in the extra $20), or I find my real job and get the fuck out of here, I'm going to be limited to the fourms.

I'm hoping to find a part time job in the next week to tide me over till I can find soemthing bigger. If that happens then hopeful I'll be able to upgrade to 3mb and supplement my dad with the $20 a month.

Anyway...I miss being on the server.
