My neighbors dont want to give out names because they are scared to speak since they live here too. I have a handful of names listed in my pocket of who broke into my house provided by sources who are "in the know".Amazing 15 minutes of conversation, getting no where. I was told yesterday that pittsburgh is not "CSI" by the person answering the phone scheduling the crime lab. I countered back by asking why it took them 10-15 minutes to respond to a burgulary in progress at THREE IN THE AFTERNOON. Christ I live in a bad area but 3PM is hardly ghetto shootout time. I also asked why no paperwork on that incident was filed. No answers worth noting @ this point.I am more amazed the more pesons that I talk to. They really dont want to find my gun, or get it off the streets. From what I was told about manning and staffing they pretty much do the minimum they can to get by and still be considered doing their job.Found a job posting for a lvl 1 tech in Iraq by kbr. I am going to spend time writing out and updating my resume today.  I made mention to peoples that at this that I would feel safer working in Iraq then living as I do now.</blockquote>
