This is a glitch where the server doesn't get the steam for the entire time the person is logged in. I don't know what causes it except it's likely some communication thing between valve servers and punx, but either way, it's cool. All of those names in that list are really the players that you and I know, and it has happened to each one of them. I've been on this list before.
