During the anthrax scare a couple years ago I was at work and we ran like 25 or 30 runs in our first due in a 14 hour period for white powder on street corners. All day we were running these runs and we couldn't figure out where the hell it was comming from. Turns out some group was having a scavenger hunt and everytime a group found a particular spot in the city they dropped a bag of chalk to mark it. Just goes to show you how dumb people are.
