I bought an Altec Lansing headset made specially for gaming. It is bullshit. Uncomfortable as hell. You can get the EXACT same headset for $39.95 if you are willing to do without the 3D effect. I can't stand the 3D so I leave it off all the time. It sounds like you guys are coming out of the woodwork when I use it. After about an hour of these on my head, I have the worst pain in the rim around my ear because they designed it to bend on an angle against your head. There fucked up.
